MOPS
is a program designed for mothers and their preschoolers (birth through
kindergarten age) and is coordinated by the mothers themselves. It is an
international organization with 2,700 groups throughout the United
States, Canada, and 18 foreign countries. Each group is sponsored by a
local church. While the 85,000 women involved are not all the same age,
they are all in the same stage of life. MOPS mornings are designed to provide encouragement, information, and friendship to the women in the community. Each meeting includes brunch, a teaching time, a discussion time in a small group (approximately 6-8 women), and time for a craft. While the mothers enjoy their morning, the children are involved in their own MOPPET classes. The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother-of-preschoolers by meeting her distinct needs to the glory of Jesus Christ. Come and be nurtured! ATTENTION HOMESCHOOL MOMS: We offer a study hall for your school aged children so that you can come and be nurtured at MOPS while your preschool aged child enjoys MOPPETS! |

We meet every other Friday from 9:30 until
noon upstairs in the Family Ministry Center to encourage one another and
grow as Moms and friends. You must preregister. The cost for the first
semester is $65 due in August. The cost for the second semester is $45,
due in January. This includes childcare for available space in our
MOPPETS program. Scholarships are available. Please contact DeeAnn
